Biofeedback (= neurofeedback) : 20 jaar in gebruik, 100 % objectief, GEWEIGERD ALS BEWIJS door verze
Biofeedback, ook wel neurofeedback, is een van de weinige behandelmethodes die effectief voor een verbetering van de pijn en klachten zorgt. Deze behandeling wordt (nog) niet terugbetaald door de ziekenfondsen en is relatief duur (40 euro voor 20 minuten voor neuromodulatie TDSC ; 120 à 150 euro voor 1 uur biofeedback behandeling via Indigo of Eductor). Slachtoffers van een verkeersongeval of arbeidsongeval wordt dus 2 x gestraft: ze moeten de dure behandeling zelf voorschieten. Bij de start
van de behandeling zijn 2 à 3 sessies per week aanbevolen, minstens 3 à 4 weken lang. Dat zijn 10 tot 15 sessies per maand. De invaliditeitsuitkering volstaat zelfs niet om de behandelkost van Indigo of Eductor te dragen. Veel mensen krijgen de behandeling dus niet.
Hoe sneller er na een ongeval met de behandeling kan gestart worden, hoe groter de kans op blijvend herstel en snel herstel. Hoe langer men wacht, hoe langer de herstelperiode zal duren, hoe meer sessies er nodig zullen zijn, en hoe lager de kans op een blijvend herstel.
Deze behandeling ontzeggen aan slachtoffers met hersenletsel, CVS, PTSD, fibromyalgie, whiplash, ... impliceert het toebrengen van bijkomende schade aan de gezondheid. En dat is precies wat verzekeringsmaatschappijen en koopbare gerechtsdeskundigen doen.
We ontvingen diverse reacties van verzekeringsartsen, dat onze standpunten niet objectief zijn en dat gerechtelijke medische expertises WEL eerlijk verlopen. Veel WOORDEN, maar daar blijft het dan ook bij. We verzoeken hierbij dat er ons 1 (met 1 zijn we tevreden !!) eindverslag overgemaakt wordt, waarbij er 1 gerechtsdeskundige de behandeling opgenomen heeft. Hoeveel gerechtelijke medische expertises zijn er zo per jaar ? 50.000 ? 75.000 ? Als alles zo eerlijk verloopt, dan kan het toch geen probleem zijn om ons 1 deskundigenverslag te bezorgen dat Q-EEG, neuromodulatie, neurofeedback of biofeedback erkent en terugbetaalt aan de slachtoffers ?

Biofeedback of neurofeedback is in wezen niets nieuws en gebruikt dezelfde principes als een EEG, IRM, DTI, enz. ; in ziekenhuizen wereldwijd wordt de technologie gebruikt. Het Amerikaanse leger wendt ze al jarenlang aan in militaire ziekenhuizen. In België wordt de technologie gebruikt in Sint Augustinus (Antwerpen) en door diverse private practiciens.
